Cause Marketing/Non-profit: Demonstrates a partnership between for-profit business and a nonprofit organization for a cause. Can also include social or charitable campaigns sponsored by for-profit brands.

 

Content Marketing: Focuses on the content marketing format, unit, or form of advertising across platforms that most successfully achieved campaign goals. Content can include blogs, podcasts, microsites, or landing pages.

 

Digital Marketing Campaign — 1. Direct-to-Consumer or 2. Direct-to-Business: Digital marketing campaigns involve using online platforms, tools, and strategies to promote products, services, or brands. These campaigns may include elements such as social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, online advertising, and more.

 

Social Media: Best social media strategy and campaign implementation that have successfully achieved campaign goals on behalf of brand.

 

SEO / SEM: Excellence in search engine optimization (organic) and/or search engine marketing, whether technical elements, on-page content, or off-page factors, that delivered outstanding results, with enhanced website visibility and/or business visibility in search engines and significant increases in website visitor traffic and engagement.

 

Innovation:  Recognizes the experimental, unique, or strategic campaigns that test boundaries of UX, AI, VR, AR, data, or other media to get customers to really engage with your brand, product, or service.

Student Project (3 subcategories)Recognizes excellence in marketing projects created by an individual or group of college/graduate students for academic purposes or as part of developing a portfolio.

    • Subcategory 1 — Marketing Research & Strategy: Individual or group projects that represent strategic plans, data & analytics, and consumer behavior.

    • Subcategory 2 — Creative: New brand or rebrand, graphic design, web design.
