Kristy LoRusso – National CMO, Kaiser Permanente

Kristy LoRusso is National Chief Marketing Officer at Kaiser Permanente. She was appointed to this role in 2020 and most recently served as Interim National Chief Marketing Officer and as Vice President of Digital and Direct Marketing. LoRusso joined Kaiser Permanente in 2007 as Senior Director of Database Marketing. Prior to joining Kaiser, she served as Director of Consumer Marketing at Primedia Magazines Inc. Before that role, she was Senior Manager of Search Marketing at Yahoo! Inc. LoRusso began her career at Time Inc., and held various leadership positions, including Assistant Director of Consumer Marketing, Manager of Consumer Marketing and Associate Manager for Time Magazine. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.

 

Rachel Heit – CMO, San Francisco Giants

Rachel Heit joined the Giants in 2023 as the club’s Chief Marketing Officer. Heit oversees the strategy and execution of the club’s marketing and brand which includes content, in-game entertainment, archives, social media, promotions, special events, channel marketing and broadcasting. She also oversees business analytics and the club’s retail and authentication departments, and is the executive sponsor for Momentum, the Giants women’s ERG. Heit brings over 20 years of consumer marketing experience across technology, e-commerce and consumer products. Most recently she was Vice President of Consumer Growth Marketing at Yahoo. She has a BA in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Heit serves on the board of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Heit lives in San Francisco with her husband, Michael and children, Leila and Kenan.

Gretchen KochThe Talent Studios, Ex-Head of Marketing Peet’s Coffee

A marketing and growth leader with 18 years of operating experience in the Food & Beverage sector, Gretchen is an Associate Partner at The Talent Studios, a retained executive search firm focused on the modern consumer. She began her search career at Russell Reynolds Associates, placing C-suite and senior leaders across Food & Beverage, AgTech, EduTech, and Consumer Services. Previously, she served as Head of Marketing at Peet’s Coffee, following early roles in strategy consulting at PwC and Swander Pace / Kurt Salmon Associates. Gretchen holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Alok Jain – Sr. Director – Patient Relationship Management

Alok is a healthcare-focused CRM and customer experience leader, currently serving as Sr. Director of Marketing at Affordable Dentures & Implants. With a background spanning retail and health services, Alok specializes in developing patient engagement strategies that improve retention and continuity of care — even in high-volume, episodic treatment environments.

He brings a strategic lens to customer data, helping organizations better understand and support patient journeys through thoughtful segmentation, lifecycle planning, and experience design. Alok is also actively involved in the marketing community, serving as EVP of Marketing & Communications for AMA DFW.

 

Aboli Rajendra – Head of Lifecycle & Product Marketing

Aboli Rajendra has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing. She is currently working as the Director of Marketing at Credible since 2023. Prior to this, she held multiple positions at Sundae, including Director of Marketing, Head of Lifecycle and Product Marketing, and First Lifecycle and Product Marketing Lead. At Sundae, Aboli Rajendra played a key role in scaling the company’s lifecycle and product marketing programs, hiring and mentoring a team, and making critical business decisions. Before Sundae, Aboli Rajendra  worked at Prosper Marketplace as the Head of Paid Digital and Lifecycle Marketing, Head of Lifecycle Marketing, and Email Marketing Lead.

 

 

 

Kyle King – Senior Director, Global Marketing, SF Travel

Global marketing leader with 10+ years experience shaping destination, hospitality, and entertainment brands through digital strategy, paid media, and creative alignment.

Kyle currently lead global marketing for San Francisco Travel, overseeing brand, content, paid and organic media, digital platforms, social strategy, international co-ops, and meetings/groups marketing — while collaborating closely with PR, tourism, partnerships, and the arts.

Previously, he managed integrated marketing strategy for MGM Resorts and the LVCVA, where he led planning across key sports and luxury partnerships — including media efforts with the Las Vegas Raiders, Golden Knights, F1, Rolex, and Mastercard.

Eric Weidner – Owner Workbox and past AMA SF President

Eric has been an AMA SF member since 2010. His vision for a successful AMA SF is to bring together technology, knowledge and thought leadership to help others in the marketing community succeed. He wholeheartedly believes his fellow members and the AMA SF’s resources have helped him stay informed and connected to the overall practice of great marketing. As the owner of Workbox, Eric provides leadership to his clients by tapping into his extensive marketing and technology background to design and build websites and web apps, and run sophisticated online marketing campaigns for clients such as Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Axsome Therapeutics, and DiffusionData.

 

Thomas Moyer –  AMA SF President and Media Director

In his  role, Thomas leads the integrated media team to drive strategy and media activation for his clients. Thomas brings a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 clientele across the agency, publisher and technology sides of the digital business in roles that include media, sales engineer and product marketing. Thomas has worked with a diverse clientele such as:  AAA, Capital Group, Logitech, Workday, Puerto Rico Tourism Company, Hotwire, Microsoft, and many others. Further, Thomas is a part time professor at UCSC Extension teaching digital marketing related courses.  Finally, Thomas has been a judge for the 1.4 Film Awards, Marketing Excellence Awards, and the Miss Oregon pageant.
