Navigating Your Start as an Early Career Marketer with Elizabeth Mitelman

Join us for an event empowering early career marketers to kick start their careers with insights on career paths, skills, and trends.

About Elizabeth: Elizabeth is a marketer based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. She works in the technology industry running several marketing programs including webinars, podcasts, events, digital and social media. Over the years, Elizabeth has supported several small businesses including non-profits, CPGs, e-commerce, finance, and other organizations by launching their diverse marketing strategies with limited budgets and resources. Outside of work, Elizabeth started an externship program to support the next generation of young marketers and small businesses in the Bay Area, and serves on the Board of Directors of the American Marketing Association of San Francisco. She also teaches marketing to first time small business owners in the East Bay.

What is AMA SF: The American Marketing Association, San Francisco Chapter (AMA SF) fosters and promotes professional learning and career advancement opportunities for all members. AMA SF’s vision is to be the leading professional marketing organization in the Bay Area, encompassing all areas of marketing across a variety of industries.

What is the AMA SF Externship Academy: The AMA SF Externship Academy aims to provide small businesses and organizations marketing-related assistance with Externs, young marketing professionals and graduate students, who act as marketing consultants. Extern’s volunteer their time and effort in exchange for a real life marketing experience focused on increasing knowledge and career development. Likewise, these organizations and business professionals gain marketing material, strategies, and ideas curated to their needs and business goals.
