Lunch-n-Learn: Using Data To Make Informed Decisions About Your Web Content
April 27, 2016 @ 11:30 am - 1:30 pm PDT
San Francisco, CA 94111 United States
Planning for, producing, and maintaining high-quality, high-performing content begins with understanding what you have. In this informal session, we will look at how you can assess the quantity, type, and quality of the content on your website in order to make informed decisions about what to keep, what to improve, and what to create. We’ll also talk about how to build in governance processes to ensure ongoing content consistency and quality.
Three things you will learn:
- How to inventory web content and derive insights
- How to audit content against business and user goals
- How to operationalize content excellence
